My therapeutic approach is person-centered and emotion-focused, placing your unique context at the heart of our work together. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where you can explore new steps toward healing and wellness. Our work will include highlighting your strengths and building on what is already working for you. My hope is to help you achieve your goals while centering your values. Whether you are an individual, couple, or family, I bring extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and partnerships.
I have a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon, as well as advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Intervention Training, Group Counseling, Relational Sex Therapy, and Suicide Risk Assessment, Intervention, and Safety Planning.
