I offer mental health therapy services for children (5+), teens, families, couples, and adults.

I provide both telehealth and in-person appointments in the state of Oregon.

My office is conveniently located in NE Portland, ensuring a comfortable space for in-person sessions.

I can offer weekday and weekend scheduling.

Services (Out-Of-Pocket Rate):

Individual Therapy ($185 per 50-minute session)

Couples Therapy ($200 per 50-minute session)

Family Therapy ($200 per 50-minute session)

Parent Coaching ($185 per 50-minute session)

Sliding scale available for those in need.

I do not currently accept insurance. My services are an out-of-pocket cost. I can provide a superbill for services rendered.

The session fee is due at the time of service. Credit cards may be entered in the client portal and will be kept on file for billing.

Good Faith Estimate

Cancellation Policy

I require 24-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. A $100 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if you do not show up for our scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for understanding.
